Book Your Stay at Sun Kiss'd Oasis

Everyone in your group is sure to find something fun in the backyard oasis! Splash away in the heated* sparkling pool, float on the water while catching some rays, and start a friendly game of hoops in the pool. Relax in the hot tub while watching an amazing sunset. Light up the fire table on a cool night while laughing the night away. Put your putting skills to the test on the 2-tier putting greens, with solar lights so you can continue putting into the night. Catch a game on the TV at the Tiki Hut while someone plays bartender for the group! Plenty of outdoor seating and dining areas! Fire up the built-in grill and gather around the dining table outside so the entire group can come together after enjoying the backyard oasis!

The main level of the Sun Kiss’d Oasis house has a comfy living room complete with reclining sofas, a dining area with seating for up to 10 people to eat at the same table, and all of which is open to the large kitchen which is fully stocked and waiting for your inner chef! Full coffee service provided for guests! Drip coffee maker & French Press for guests’ use as well as ground Starbucks coffee and various sweeteners.

Also in the main level you will find one bedroom with an adjustable Queen bed and a guest half bath. Lots of supplies provided for your guests throughout the house including quality bedding, smart TV’s in all bedrooms, extra pillows and blankets, fluffy towels, quality toilet paper, makeup towels, cotton balls, Q-tips, tissues, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, basic cleaning supplies, and so much more. Our goal is to make your stay effortless and stress free! 

Head upstairs to the huge second living room / game room! Full size billiards table, more comfy reclining couches and huge TV for watching your favorite movies or catching the game.

Also upstairs you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and the laundry room. The Primary Suite is the perfect retreat after a long day to relax and unwind. Huge en suite bathroom has a double marble vanity and a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The king bed in the Primary Suite is an adjustable bed for your maximum comfort. 

Across from the Primary Suite is two additional bedrooms; a queen room with adjustable bed and a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin pull-out trundle bed for flexible sleeping options. 

Family-friendly extras include Pack N Play with bedding and various kids books.

Guests have full access to the 2-car garage for parking, as well as the driveway (parks 2 vehicles.)

This is NOT a pet-friendly property so guests with allergies can rest easy knowing the Sun Kiss’d Oasis is free from pet dander.

*Pool Heat* The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $75 per day for the duration of your stay. That cost just covers the extra electricity required to heat this large pool. The heat fee would be charged separately after your booking is secured.

Video disclosure: There are 2 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security to protect our guests. One camera is located outside the front door, and the other overlooks the driveway, both of which are looking out over public places.
