The Details

As you step inside The Osborn, you’ll be greeted by an open concept living area that exudes an energetic atmosphere. There is plenty of space for your whole party to come together for a feast, or retreat to their own space to rejuvenate.

The living room is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. Sink into the leather sofas and enjoy a movie night on the large-screen TV, or gather around the sleek dining table for a delicious meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen itself is a chef’s dream, with state-of-the-art appliances (gas stove!) and all the equipment needed to whip up your favorite culinary creations.

Just around the corner from the living room, you’ll step into the game room! Pull up a stool for friendly (or fierce!) battles on the arcade table. Hundreds of games to choose from! Head over to the bar and craft a favorite cocktail to share with your friends. Sip your favorite tasty beverage under the stars outside in the private backyard while playing giant Jenga!

When it’s time to retire for the day, you’ll find the bedrooms are stylish and comfortable, with cozy beds adorned with comfy linens and pillows. Each room is thoughtfully decorated with a mix of modern and eclectic touches, along with room darkening / blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep in a space that reflects your unique personality.

Each bathroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a spacious walk-in shower in one and a bathtub in the other. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with soft towels, and lots of amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, Qtips, cotton swabs, makeup wipes, quality toilet paper, and more. Perfect place to freshen up for a night out on the town!

Outside, you’ll find a private patio where you can soak up the sun, enjoy a morning cup of coffee or enjoy a freshly grilled meal together. Have fun challenging each others’ putting skills on the putting greens, or ease your stress away soaking in the huge 7-person hot tub. This outdoor space is a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city, providing a perfect retreat to recharge and rejuvenate.

Located in a vibrant neighborhood, The Osborn is about a 10-minute walk from an array of trendy cafes, restaurants, and shops, and a 15-minute walk from Scottsdale Stadium, (home of spring training for the Giants) and the Scottsdale Arts District. (Uber and Lyft are always available in the area as well!) Immerse yourself in the local culture of Old Town Scottsdale and explore the nearby attractions, take in a local show, or golf the day away at the numerous award-winning golf courses in the area!

There is off-street parking available for our guests. 1 carport space and 3-5 additional spaces in the driveway. Additional street parking is allowed, and most of the time is available directly in front of the house

Guests get full, private access of the 4-bedroom, 2 bathroom home.
Check in & check out are contactless via keycode access locks.
Check in time after 4PM
Check out time before 10AM
Security cameras are located on the front exterior of the house & only in public areas for the safety of the property and guests.

Rules

Minimum age to book the house is 25
No smoking/vaping/illegal drugs of any sort allowed on the premises. $500 penalty fine applies if evidence of such is found after checkout.
No parties or events are allowed
No pets allowed
No Check-in’s or Check-out’s allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
If cleaning the house after a guest checks out takes professional cleaners more than 5-hours, the guest will be charged accordingly for the excess.
