Enjoy the gourmet kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and everything you need to prepare delightful meals. The Scottsdale Soiree comes fully equipped and supplied with everything needed to make your stay easy and effortless. 

With the split floorplan, the primary bedroom is situated on one side of the house away from the other 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms fully stocked with supplies for our guests. All bedrooms have their own Smart TV so you can retreat to your own space to watch your favorite shows.

Full laundry room available for guests, with laundry tabs, dryer sheets and more provided. 

Family friendly extras for guests with little ones: Pack N Play with sheets, and a stand alone high chair. Plus the baha shelf in the pool makes for perfect water playtime for little ones! 

Guests are welcome to park in the 2-car garage during their stay using keypad access. The driveway will accommodate up to another 4 vehicles.

There is a Guest Handbook provided for guests inside the house with lots of helpful information including recommendations for favorite local attractions and restaurants in the area. Your host is a local resident with full knowledge of the property, the local area, and is readily available during your stay to address questions in a timely manner.

*Pool Heat* The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100 per day for the duration of your stay. That cost just covers the extra utilities required to heat this large pool. The heat fee is charged separately after your booking is secured. Heating the pool water is generally needed between October and April to provide comfortable swimming temperatures. Pool heat needs to be requested at least 3-days prior to arrival and is then heated between 85-88 degrees. 

There is no extra charge for heating the hot tub; that is included with your stay.

  • Guests get full, private access of the 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom home.
  • Check in & check out are contactless via keycode access locks.
  • Check in time after 4PM
  • Check out time before 10AM
  • Security cameras are located on the front exterior of the house & only in public areas for the safety of the property and guests.
  • No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day to allow all staff to be with their families. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Minimum age to rent this house is 25. At least one person over the age of 25 must be staying at the house for the duration of the reservation.
  • No early bag drops prior to your check in time.
  • Early Check-In Policy:
  • No unauthorized early check-ins. If you would like a guaranteed early check-in, please book the extra night prior to your arrival. Otherwise, early check-in’s can be requested and are considered on a case-by-case basis. Fees may apply. Contact your host for more details.
  • Late Check-Out Policy:
  • Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $200 per hour.
  • If you would like a guaranteed late check-out, please book the extra night. Otherwise, late check-outs can be requested but can only be granted on rare occasions. Fees may apply. Contact your host for more details.
  • Pet Policy
  • No pets allowed at this property. The only exceptions made are for documented service animals that have been disclosed prior to arrival and all documentation has been verified.
  • The home’s mailbox is not accessible to guests. Please do not mail packages here through the US postal service.
  • Your cleaning fee covers up to 5 hours of professional cleaning services after a check-out. Extra fees will apply if the cleaning takes longer than 5-hours.
  • No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises, inside OR OUTSIDE. Penalty fines will be assessed for violations.
  • Video disclosure: There are 2 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security to protect our guests. One camera is located outside the front door, and the other overlooks the driveway. All look out over public places. 
  • Please note that this property is in the desert, which by default comes with its own local critters and dust. We go to great lengths to clean the outdoor spaces and to treat the property to prevent little critters from bothering guests, but we cannot control nature nor the local wildlife
